master-detail and "ReconnectOnEachRow=true"

I did some tests using "masterdetail relationship using ReconnectOnEachRow=true. Example is as attached.
Report is defined as follows:
mdMachineCenter and mdWork have "ReconnectOnEachRow=true".
mdWorkCenter is "master SQL". others two are "details". mdMachineCenter is only defined inside report, but never used!.
Report had "double pass = true". Second pass is identified also in a report.
profiler shows following results for "first pass" only:
