Copy - paste 2 issues

Issue 1
steps to preproduce. Select "text" object and using incontext click "copy":
After that, double click the same object, click "expression", mark all text inside and click "CTRL+C"(copy) and then "CTRL+V"(Paste). When I do this, inside text is copied, but also an object is copied and put top left corner of page, which is wrong:
Only "expression text" should be updated.
Issue 2
when you select "copy" and then "paste", new object is put "behind" databand and hence not aligned to a grid. After "paste", you must select databand and click "Move backward". Then pasted object is "selectable" and can be aligned to a databand grid
