Hi,
after report with user parameters is displayed, I change parameter value and click "submit". For the first time, report is rendered without new parameter value. From the second (and all subsequent) click(s) "submit", new parameter value is displayed properly.
In attachment, there is picture when parameter value in dialog is 4.2.2016, but rendered value of this parameter is still 9.2.2016(report initial value).

It could be something wrong in your code on server side.
Please, create a sample project that reproduces the issue and send it to us.
