Row Gaps

How to reduce gaps between the rows? There is two to three line gap in rows.

If components in the Designer is not aligned for the grid then may exists Gaps in the resulted report.
1. Select all components on the Page (Ctrl+A).
2. Then Press the button
to link the components of the report to the grid.
3. Also the button
should be pressed. In that case all new components will be aligned to grid automatically when you add them to the page.

Thank You, but I have not got those buttons on report designer to reduce the gap between the records.

Please switch on all the toolbars in the menu View - Toolbars. Then press "Order Toolbars" button in the same menu.
