Is there any way for the Export to text not to output encodings and form feeds?

I figured it out, but saw something strange I didn't see before. My "report" is really just bunch of text lines (dataset is a single text field). When I save as text, every line in the output contains a space as the first character.

Figured that out to (draw border needs to be turned off).
