Label printing with Zebra QL320+

Hi,
I am trying to use Stimulsoft .Net to print to a label to Zebra QL320Plus label printer. Generating exactly the same label using two difference versions of Stimulsoft I get different results:
Version 2009.2.405.0
The label prints fine. Here is the header of the label printed to a file:
! 0 200 200 406 1
PW 479
TONE 0
SPEED 4
ON-FEED IGNORE
NO-PACE
BAR-SENSE
PCX 0 0
Version 2009.2.460.0
I just get two blank labels. Here is the header of the label printed to a file:
! 0 200 200 351 1
PW 588
TONE 0
SPEED 4
ON-FEED IGNORE
NO-PACE
BAR-SENSE
PCX 0 0
With this version, the label prints OK on other printers.
When previewed in the report viewer both versions of Stimulsoft show the label correctly. Why do the two versions print exactly the same label differently? Has this been recognised as an issue? If so, has it been fixed in the latest version? Can I get an explanation of these commands to the QL printer?
Regards,
