Creating reports and dashboards | Stimulsoft community forum

While I am exploring Stimulsoft Reports.Wpf, i just drag the StiWpfDesignerControl from toolbox to Grid.

And Run the Application , and start creating a report then I found Properties at the right are not enabled like text, canshrink and can grow
Is there any solution?

The requirement is report designer to be within the application.

I have attached screen shot , The areas marked with red not enabling.
Even in downloaded sample in WpfDesigner_SaveLoad project also happening the same.
