Chinese display garbled

When I use JS Desiger to open a template with chinese characters,the chinese characters display garbled.

This issue was already fixed.
Please, upgrade to our latest build (2016.1.9 from 2016.04.22).
The encoding in your report template is wrong.
Please, add the Chinese text in the latest build again.
