Hello,

one of our customers reported fuzzy RTF Text. The customer has 2 printers:
- Kyocera fs-c5350dn -> fuzzy rtf text
- Kyocera fs-c5200dn -> no problems

We updated the drivers -> No effect.

The problem occurs since we switched the controls from .Net to WPF.

Any ideas?

There could be reasons of the issue.
Is the background of the RichText transparent or white?
Depending on this the RichText is rendered by different libraries.
Try to set the background.

If you still have an issue, could you send us this report template with sample data?
