Y Range problem in chart

I am setting Range Auto=False and Minimum=0 and Maximum=100.
When I did that, Y axis still appears with a line above 100 and Title disappears.
When I set back to Auto=True, range is rendered from 0 to 120 and Title appears.
But I need to set Maximum=100. Take a look at the image please.

Follow sample attached.
I set range auto = false so you can see the problem.
Set range auto = true and the problem does not occur.

I installed pre release 2016.17.0 and I have this now:
I set Range Auto=False, Minimum = 0, Maximum = 100 and StartFromZero=true

- MobileViewer renders with bars not starting from ZERO as you can see in the image attached.
But when I click print and view as PDF in browse, it works fine!

- WebViewer renders with bars not starting from ZERO as you can see in the image attached.
But when I click Print button, nothing happens and PDF is not being rendered (only in Chrome, IE and Firefox works fine!)

- Fx Viewer works fine viewing and printing as pdf!
