Add: Export to the HTML format now supports ImageQuality and ImageResolution settings.

Upd: Some speed optimization of the rendering of the Rich Text component with transparent background.
Fix: Export to the RichText format, bug with the hyperlink on the image component.

Fix: Some changes in Export to the PDF format to support for the PDF/A for Acrobat 10.1.1.

Add: The new static option is added - StiOptions.Export.ExcelXml.AllowFreezePanes.
Add: New properties are added - StiOptions.Designer.Panels.Dictionary.ShowEmptyBusinessObjectsCategory, StiOptions.Designer.Panels.Dictionary.ShowEmptyDataSourcesCategory, and StiOptions.Designer.Panels.Dictionary.showEmptyVariablesCategory.
Upd: Some improvements in the Import.Rdl tool.
