Creating reports and dashboards | Stimulsoft community forum

Hello,

I have installed Stimulsoft Silverlight 2011.3.
I have created an application using only control 'StiSLViewerControl' from toolbox. When it is run I get this error.

The tag 'StiSLViewerControl' does not exist in XML namespace 'clr-namespace:Stimulsoft.Report.Viewer;assembly=Stimulsoft.Report.Viewer.SL'. C:\Users\user\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\sti200103sl4\sti200103sl4\MainPage.xaml


this error is common for projects targetting Silverlight 4 & 5.

Please let me know if any work around.

Hello,

Most probably you use different versions. Please check versions in GAC and in reference.
Please make following steps:
1. Uninstall SR.
2. Check GAC and if need remove Stimulsoft Assemblies from GAC.
3. Install new version.
4. Update references in your projects.
