How to justity RichText

We would like to justify, ie. align on both left and right margins a RichText. We found this in plain text but how to do it in RichText?

There are plans to do this in web designer? Currently, mvc designer only has open and close actions

Sorry, but there is no rich text editor in Designer.Web.
We have no plans to implement this.
You could change your rich text in any other editor and then open it in the Designer.Web.
