cpu utilization

Hello,
we have a problem with the report attached: When we associate the report compiled at Sti Mobile Viewer (2016.2), cpu utilization increases from 10% to 69%, and the waiting time to reach almost 6 seconds.
In other reports we do not see the same problem.
What could cause this behavior?
