Strange errors on one client side

Hi !
I'm using version from 28 Dec 2010,all works fine but on single one client side, one single report generates some strange errors as in screenshots :

All works fine in my computer.
There could be one solving solution?
Also data and report sent to support

We couldn't reproduce the issue.
To solve a problem rapidly we need the following information from you:
• Product name and its version;
• Detailed description of the problem and how to reproduce it;
• Your operational system (98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista or NT), its version and localization, installed service-packs;
• Version the of Microsoft .Net Framework package installed and its localization;
• Name of your development framework and its version;
• Additional information that can help us to solve your problem.

Hi !
This error appear when report is shown.
Stimul version : 28 Dec 2010
OS: XP SP2 X86
Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 Sp1 EN
It is a strange error,we also couldn't reproduce this on our computers,if that is hard to solve we'll suggest to our client to reinstall OS

Hello,
Please send us your report with test data and if possible, send us a step-by-step guide how to reproduce the issue?
Also please try to delete [C]:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Local Settings\Application Data\Stimulsoft\ on user computer.

Hi,data was sent to support even the first post.
The error appears when I preview the report,sometimes when I scroll it or when I close the preview.
Report is compiled into a DLL file,I'll try to delete the folder specified.
