Hello,

I am trying to print a receipt to a TSP100 receipt printer. Everything looks fine on the preview. If I try to print it on receipt paper (80mm with 72mm printable area), it prints as if it were trying to print on normal 8.5in x 11in paper. I've set the report width to 80mm, so I can't figure out why this is happening.

Any ideas?

Please check the paper size specified in the system print dialog. This size must be set manually, because Flash Player does not have access to this printer settings.
