Image bug when compiling reports

We have discovered a bug in the latest release where compiling an mrt to DLL and using the DLL to generate a pdf file results in a different output than directly using the mrt to generate a pdf. Sample project is attached. clicking the test buttons results in pdf files generated in bin folder.

Thank you. The images are missing using the compiled version and the resulting files are very different size.

Hi,
Just wondering - has this issue been fixed properly in 2016.3.8 (current latest version as of 20/02/2017)?
In the sample code provided, I can still see the watermarks are not showing up using 2016.3.8 - In both direct and compiled reports watermarks missing.
If I use 2016.2 dlls then watermarks do appear - - In both direct and compiled reports watermarks are present.
