Wrong GroupHeader after new page

Hi All,
I have a problem with the headerband of a Group after a new page and I've come to the conclusion that it is a bug. Please, let me know if I'm wrong. I'll explain myself:
I have three orders, three shipping notes (one for each order) and one invoice (one for the three shipping notes). I have a GroupHeader grouping by Order and Shipping where I show information about the Order and the Shipping Notes. In the Databand, I show information about the lines of the Invoice (quantity, etc).
Problem is that if the Invoice Lines of the different groups do not fit into one page, the GroupHeader shown is not correct. In the example, the Line of the second page NÂș 17 belongs to "ALB-17000053" and not to "ALB-17000052". The header is wrong after this new page.
But I added more Lines to the Invoice to see what happened. Adding one more line gave the same error. But adding two more lines fixed the mistake. It seems that with those two extra lines the first page is complete 100% and that way it is able to print the right header.
Is there any property or any way to fix this?
I'm also attaching the .mrt, though I will not be able to feed you some sample data.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards.
