Richtext and Text Wysiwyg Kerning issues

We have integrated the Stimulsoft components into our software to produce reports and correspondence, and allow our customers to integrate .mrt templates of their own making into the product.
One of our major customers has started generating several new templates and complained about spacing issues appearing in correspondence they are generating to send out both print and electronic to their customers. They have very high print standards to adhere to in terms of meeting member and shareholders expectations.
Currently we are running with Stimulsoft version 2016.1.0.0.
After a lot of communication we have found they are using mostly Richtext fields in their templates, and found that yes the letters have unusual spacing in many circumstances.
Changing the fields to plain Text fields removes all kerning issues, however in some circumstances our customer still requires advanced formatting which cannot be done by plain text.
In testing the text field Wysiwug and HTML Tags, there are still some Kerning issues with text.
Are there any further things we can try to remediate the unusual kerning changes?
I am attached several sample Stimulsoft files from our system.
