I'm migrating from the 2015 version to the 2017. In the 2015 version had a feature I did not find in 2017. Templates. When I clicked with the right mouse button, I could add. Does this feature not exist in this release?

This feature is not disabled in last versions. In this case, you can create a "Templates" folder in the folder with the designer.
If we do not correctly understand your issue, please explain your issue in more details.

How do I create this folder with Templates?
In the 2015 version, when you right-clicked a band, there was the option Templates, Save. The same thing happened if you clicked on the page with the right button, there was the option Models, Open.

You can create a "Templates" folder in the folder with the designer.

I think that's not it. In the 2015 version the file extension was Report Pages (.pg)
