Hi,

I had a licensed version 2016.2, we always get an extra blank page in last page if we select "Print without Preview".

we use the SimpleList.mrt report from your demo sample,Data source is "Demo.xml", the web code is attached as "DefaultPage.zip". The print out result is "PrintResult.pdf".

our development environment is Windows 10 Transitional Chinese, Visual Studio 2017.

Is there any setting I should perform while I use Stimulsoft Report ?

Thank you for the detailed information and your samples.
Could you please send us to support[at]stimulsoft.com the font that was used in Windows 10 Transitional Chinese to render the report, it looks like it was substituted ?

Hi,

I think the problem is not caused by Font, in our print out report, the font is still Arial as original. This problem may be caused by DATABAND.

I made another test, to increase PageFootBand area, I still got an extra blank page. The preview screen is captured as "TestLargePageFoot.png", the output result is "TestLargePageFoot.PDF", the testing report file is "TestLargePageFoot.mrt"

If I remove databand, there will be no the extra blank page, the output result is "TestNoDataband.PDF", the testing report file is "TestNoDataband.mrt"

My chrome version is :59.0.3071.115
Using Firefox or Edge is same blank page problem.

Please help us to solve this problem.

Thank you for the test information you sent us to support[at]stimulsoft.com. I believe your problem is more related to the environment somehow, because this problem does not exist in the demo and we could not reproduce that based on your samples. http://demo.stimulsoft.com/
