The value showing in image is actually another series of scatter chart designed in power point. Is it possible to add multiple type of series in same chart?

You can add only several Range series in one Chart.

we have created the chart very close to the attached desired chart from the customer.(See URL). It seems fine for the time being. But we have some queries on this

1. Range series seems too narrow which is not acceptable by the customer. How we can change the with of the series as desired. Currently we have set it to 1(100%)
2. How can we rotate axis labels shown in image. It is rotating x axis label, but not working y axis labels
3. Can we change the series marker shape from rectangle to diamond?

Unfortunately there is no diamond option for the markers are not available, unfortunately.
The axis labels can be rotated by setting the rotation angle in degrees, please check it out:
