Hello,

I'm having troubles with shifting using last build of Reports.Net.

Got two labels with CanShrink and shift mode checked with two options: Increasing Size and Decreasing Size. The first label is not enable by some conditions but it's still appearing.

Is this an issue? All my reports with these options was working before I update from .Fx to .Net HTML designer.
