? or FF appended while exporting to Text file format

Hi,
I am using data band and export data into a text file format. But, at the end of each page (after every 12 records in my case) an '?' of 'FF' was appended. Can you please help me on how to remove this unwanted character while exporting to text format ?

Sorry, I could not reproduce that. Could you please send us the report template in order to reproduce it? You can attach it to the forum here actually. Have you tried reproducing that online, it is happening here:

Hi Edward,
I am able to recreate using sample lists in demo.stimulsoft.com as well.
I have tried exporting data into a text file by marking "DrawBorder" option in export settings as "false". In the file generated, at the end of each page i am able to see 'FF' when I opened the file using notepad++ editor.
