Dear Stimulsoft Team,

As you know there is option to see reports in web View with by page and whole report. So when we choose whole report, application stops responding. Even after clicking several times wait. it still does not respond.

What can be a reason for such behaviour and what can be done to resolve it?

regards,
Iskandar

Dear stimulsoft,

More than hundred pages. Browser states not responding page. Please clarify whether the following statement is true or not: Browser not responding message appears due to the timeout limit for response. if page does not response within time limit the popup will be shown to a user. So generating report takes more time than browser's timeout limit. right?
I have talked already talked with seniors. So ,most probably, it is not a bug or issue of stimulsoft. Please clarify.

thanks,
Iskandar

Hi Iskandar,

It looks like the question is about Timeouts due to a long time that was required for processing of the report on the server side. You are correct, it might be different reasons for the error message. And we do need some more details about the exact message that was returned when that specific error has happened, or some screenshot.

Please check also the following approaches we have to increase the timeouts for the data access:

Thank you,
