Good morning.

We have a report that has formatted text fields using the MICRE13B font. When attempting to export the report to PDF, and generic message "export has been cancelled" will display, and no PDF copy is generated. When removing the text fields that contain the MICRE13B font, exporting to PDF works as intended. The MICRE13B font is installed on the CPU, and the report previewer, and physical printouts of the form, show the font correctly. All other options to export (word doc, excel, etc.) work, except when exporting to PDF. Is there anything that needs to be diagnosed either in the designer application, or in windows, that may can cause this issue?

The message "the export has been canceled." is not our message, but most likely from your application. Probably something falls inside try..catch.

We do not have font MICRE13B, tried to download the Demo-version of the font from the site, installed - our example works, is exported without problems.

Please try to debug and get the full error stack, or send us your sample report and a specific font.
Also clarify the version of the product you are using.
