Can I have the totals in bold using the Summary's text?

Ex:

Group Products (Total: 4)
Group Categories

Categorie A (Total: 2)

Product 1 - Categorie A
Product 2 - Categorie A

Categorie B (Total: 2)

Product 1 - Categorie B
Product 2 - Categorie B

Footer Categories
Group Produtcs

You can try to use the html tags in this case. Or use additional text component with necessary formatting for totals.
