X-Axis Labels

The Labels from X-Axis in Charts dissappear under Panels or other things when using angle in JS View.
In the Screenshot i added a panel to test if i set it to transparent if i could see the texts again
but it didnt work.
Any other way for a workaround?

It happens also with some (not all Charts) without angle.
And additional to that if i export the page to excel
the Axis Labels have the same Problem.
Also one question. Is it planned to export charts to excel
as excel-chart?
