Creating reports and dashboards | Stimulsoft community forum

Hi there,
We are using of stimulsoft Reports.Web v2018.1.8 using MVC. In one of our web farm environment where we have the solution deployed to multiple servers we notice an issue to export the report to pdf or to print.

The report gets generated without any issue. But when user tries to export the report to pdf, the system throws an error. As we use the default functionality from report viewer we have action methods defined only to generate the report. Can you confirm the pdf genration happens on client with the generated report? Does it needs anything from server?

NOTE: Please note that this issue happens only only web farm environment where sticky session is not enabled. We have other constraints with enabling sticky sessions.

Can some one help to get a more better understanding on how the process work?
