is it possible to prevent chart from sorting data ?
it sorts by series column alphabetically

No problem, that is possible.

Please check the following report:

Please click edit button and then double-click the chart component.
Then expand the 'Data' section in the Property Editor.
You will see that the 'Sort' section was not populated there, so the sorting did not happen and the values appeared as they are presented in the underlying datasource that was sent to the report.
