Out of Memory Exception

Hi,
When we try to preview file ,having more images or high resolution images ,it shows "Out of memory exception" error.Please do guide us on this.

Please read the following resources. If this does not help you, I recommend you update our tool, the latest version is 2018.2.3. For the period of 4 years we have done lots of updates regarding memory consumption.

Hello,
With every new version of our tool we do optimizations with memory. From the version 2014.2 we did lots of work in this regard.
