Stimulsoft Report Generation

Team,
While reports are getting rendering in web using Stimulsoft viewer for one of the report we are getting the below error. But other reports are running good. Please can you help me on this?
Error Details :-
Unable to load DLL 'User32.dll': The specified module or one of its dependencies could not be found.
Environment Running - Pivotal Cloud using Stimulsoft 2018.2.3 (Licensed version)

Hello, Anish.
This is a very strange error. We didn't meet it before.
How often do you get this error? How large is this report?
Could you send us this report template for analysis?

Hi Team,
We have send the template to Andrew (request # 3155279) over mail. Please refer the same.
But I was able to identify when the issue is happening; when we combine the cells of a table and while rendering in cloud environment this is happening.
Please refer the screenshot. Also refer the error log from cloud.

Hello, Anish.
There was a bug in our latest build. It's an issue with images.
Please, try to check the 2018.2.2 build or wait for our next build that should be available next week.
