Error Parse when running Report in PHP

Hi Dears
I have Started i New post yesterday, but admin deleted my question after confirming it and i didnot find why.
whould anyone help me please about my problem?
I exported a php report and uploaded it to my apache (with json v1.2.1) to connect to my sql server, but it shows "Error Parse." Error.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
