Preview error

Since the upgrade to 2019.1.1 .net Web version I have been getting a preview error in the viewer/designer . Essentially an object not referenced. I have tried an uninstall and reinstall.
Attached are two files listing the error information. One is from the WIN designer and the other is from the WPF designer.
Any ideas as to the cause and the fix?

Hello,
Please try to remove the settings folder by the following path:
[C]:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Stimulsoft\

I do not have a settings folder at that location. I do have 3 settings files
Stimulsoft_Designer.settings
Stimulsoft_Report.settings
Stimulsoft_Setup.settings
I can use v2018.2.3 which was the old designer. Newer versions give me these cryptic errors.

That seems to have solved it.
Thanks this have been plaguing me since last fall. It is a huge stress reliever
