Designer error

Hello, I came across the same problem mentioned in
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=57096&p=152289&hil ... th#p152289 during trying to run designer (STIReport.Design(true)). Process ends even with designer error or with more general "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I tried to do delete settings folder without success. Last working version was 2018.2.3, version 2018.3.5 and 2019.1.1 ends with the same error.

Hello,
unfortunatelly it's not so simple to send just one project. In my case, Stimulsoft Designer is called from ActiveX component hosted in Internet Explorer plus you need a server side application. When I try to run the project from debug environment (Win32 form app inherits Internet Explorer window), designer works.
Is there a possibility to set any property for debug mode of your designer to be able to get more accurate error description ?
