Daylight savings in AU and UK rendering incorrect time

Hi,
I am using Stimulsoft's 2012 version on Flex. I have been facing an issue in all of my reports at the time of Daylight Savings Start (when clocks move forward).
When I have an event that starts on 07th Oct 2018 at 14:00, report displays the time as 15:00. This happens in all cases between 14:00 to 15:00. After 15:00 and before 14:00, event times are perfect.
I am using datetime column from my datasource with ToString() method to format date. Also, I tried using {Format("{0:yyyy-MM-dd}", Date)} as suggested in one of your posts.
I was playing with the report, and I changed datetime to Object datatype - which gave me the correct date and time - but I was unable to format it in the required format "HH:mm (hh:mm tt)" and "dddd, dd MMMM yyyy". Can you please help?
Thanks in advance.
