The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

When installing the Stimulsoft report viewer standalone on a Win7 64bit machine, I receive the following error when trying to report from an Access Database . The machine does not have 64bit office installed, and does not have Access on it at all.
I have another 64bit machine with 32bit Office running the same reports with no issue.
