Yes, it is a Date, but the filter options do not see it as a date. Filter...

By default, this option turned off. And your report does not have this option.
We enable this option, export and everything works.
Here's an example of your report in the attachment. We simplified it a lot, because in the Excel file the column names are very different from the report.
