Split table at the 13 line

Hi all,
I'm build a report and the design that was delivered to me consists of a table split into 2.
Split table on row X.png
Split table on row X.png (13.13 KiB) Viewed 2488 times
The 1st 13 rows stay on the left and the rest of the rows stay on the right (max rows = 25).
I'm unable to see any example that does this, is this possible?

Thanks,
L. Pinho

Hello,

You can try to use 2 Panels with DataBands and filtering for showing only necessary records in each panel.

Thank you.

Hi Lech,
thanks for the reply.
So, there's no way to break a table in more generic way?
Using your suggestion, can we filter something like 1st 13 elements and last 12?

Thanks for the help,
Luís Pinho

Hello,

Please send us a sample report with test data which reproduces the issue for analysis.

Thank you.

Hi Lech,
just found out that the person that will use this has an older version of the Stimulsoft component, so, no tables are available.

Thanks for the help,
Luís Pinho

Hello,

You can use DataBand wit Text components instead of the Table.

Thank you.

Hi Lech,

yes, that's what I did, as you suggested, I added two panels.
I added a databand for each panel.
Then I set a "data source" for each databand, the 1st one will get the 1st 13 rows and the 2nd will get the last 25.
Then I used the horizontal and vertical lines around the text to mimic the table effect, I even used empty objects to all get 25 rows to get the full look the customer was looking for.
I was able to achieve my purpose with your suggestions.

Thanks for your support,
Luís Pinho
