function SumTime function always returns 00:00:00

Hi
I designed report by report.JS report designer.
I used JSON data source
I have many timestamp columns in my data source
The problem is that the summation of timestamps does not work.
I used SumTime function to sum timestamps values
For example summation of delay column always gets 00:00:00
And summation of overtime column always gets 00:00:00
I attached the report as well as JSON data source file.

I tried last release published at 21 October 2019 and the bug did not fixed.
Did you sure that it fixed?
