Why not support .NET 4.0 anymore

Some old computer still using XP Sp3 yet in our customer site, but the new version just support .net 4.5.
I hope the Winform version can provide a version for 4.0 just like the Infragistics.

Versions older than 2019.2.2 support NET 4.0. If you have a license on Stimulsoft products, you may find them in your account at
