Failure to view report on browser-Chrome ,firefox

In my company we are using stimulsoft reports for a web application , users were able to view reports and save to different formats, but recently there has been a problem whereby when they want to view the reports an adobe flash error occurs, requiring to install adobe flash player.

Please help.
