Hi,
I am trying to create a report that will show person(s) historical UNS account update(s) with specific parameters. When I select person as parent query and then select historical assignment then I am only able to pick one column criteria and value. And this doesnt cater my report needs. I need to query with a targetSystemName, accountname, date range, and etc to that historical assignment.

is this possible in report editor and how?

You could use filters or conditions.
More detailed answer we can give if we'll see your report template with data.

How will i attach report with data? I am new to this report thing.

My apologies, I meant how will I extract the report and data using report editor to attach here.

i assume you use the Quest One Identity Manager, which uses the fantastic StimulSoft Report .Net engine for the reporting.

Please ask your Quest Support or the Q1IM community Quest One Identity Manager community for any further information.
