Hi
On the 19th of Feb I posted an issue to support and received a reply which which did not address the issue.
On the 22nd of Feb I received a further reply which supposedly corrected the erroneous advice provide on the 19th,
This advice offered in return was also incorrect and I followed up with screen shot of the error generated.
The advice relates to a report using VB syntax and is replicated below. Alex advised i should use
Filter and (BonusData.Dated is not Null)
The report continues to generate errors stating Null is not supported
I subsequently report the error along with screen shots and have since been ignored.
We are a paid up customer and frankly ignoring repeated request for support is less than professional let alone offing advice that is wrong
