dashboard not working by set CurrentCulture

hi
when i set Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = new CultureInfo("fa-IR") in Application_BeginRequest of Global.asax ,dashbord not working.
It's okay in CultureInfo("en-Us")
why?
