Can not open this file as file name or extension is incorrect with Stimulsoft 2013.1

Hi Team

We are trying to export the mrt file to excel using Stimulsoft 2013.1 version.
The excel file when sent across as email attachment is open fine but when we try to open it is giving us the error and not loading data in correct format.

kindly help on this.
