Content of disabled bands moved on save

Hi,

I have a report with disabled bands in it.
When I load the report and save it again (doing nothing in between) the content of the disabled bands (StiText controls) are moved outside the bands and placed somewhere else below.
See attached sample (ReportSummaryBand_VAT_1 - ReportSummaryBand_VAT_5).
Version is 2017.1.11.0
