silverlight version of the expression editor is different then web version.
Please take a look.

Is it possible to host right side panel in web ?

You can drag and drop columns, functions, etc from the dictionary.

Thank you! Could you please send me a link where such information is present? We were using old version of report designer. Now we are on boarding new version. I am sure lots of such questions will come as there are some changes in new designer.
It would be great if you please share me a link where all such uses information is explained. I could not find it in your help document.
