Multiple Months in one selection.

How to put a quarter (3 months) in one selection in a variable. SO instead of January, February....December) I need Q1( Jan + Feb + Mar), Q2 Q3 Q4.

I'm working on Calendar report. Currently, the variable is a single month and a year. I would like to have 3 months including in one selection. so can see data in 3 months on the report.
