Use Expression in RTF loaded from file

Hello!
I'm trying to use expressions in a rtf that is loaded from a file but it seems the expressions are not evaluated. I tried the same with loading the rtf from a field, but without success.
The only option that seems to work is writing the text directly into the rtf component, but because the text is several pages long and shared between more reports, that's not an option for me.
Are expressions supported when the rtf is loaded from file?
I'm using the WPF Reports.
I have attached a simple report an rtf file as a sample.
